Fascinating walk around an interesting village
From its pre-Roman roots through to the modern day the village of Narborough has weathered and adapted to the changing times. It architectural heritage includes an Elizabethan Manor House, a church which can be traced back to the 13th century and a modern living green-roofed Parish Centre. It is an important communication centre and has served diverse industries including farming, quarrying, frame-knitting and finance. Look beyond its busy modern facade and find cruck-framed cottages, evidence of a bell-foundry, along with tales of murder and benevolence.

Enjoy this fascinating and informative amble followed by tea and biscuits.

Please note that the walk will depart from Narborough BR Railway Station at 2:00 and end up at All Saints Parish Church at around 3:15 - 3:30.
